Happy New Year Brauchle Cougars!
“Today we start a new chapter in our life, 365 blank pages; we decide what goes in them, so fill them to make the best chapter ever.” – Author Unknown
We want to wish our Cougar family a very Happy New Year! We hope that you each have a start of the year filled with many Blessings.
It is very hard to believe we are already in the month of January. This is a great month to begin our new goals / resolutions. Loved the quote above because we all have a chance to not only build our own chapters, but make such an impact on the students we serve daily. We strive every day to make your child’s educational experience a great one.
We continue to work hard each day with your children to ensure that they are getting the best education possible. Hopefully they are sharing all the great things they are doing in the classroom with you. Take some time each day to ask your child what they did in class.
This year has been filled with many successes for our students academically and socially. Together we ensured to Start the year Strong, we will Stay Strong, and Finish it off Strong!
Again, as I mentioned during our PTA meetings/events, student performances, etc- Thank you, Thank you for being such an amazing community who has been so welcoming. Brauchle Elementary is a stellar campus filled with the best educators, students, parents, community members!
Your partner in education,

Growth Mindset
How is having a growth mindset important?
Each month we will post different resources for you to use at home to build their growth mindset.
The Power of Yet
Remind students that we learn something all the time, and we have to keep our brains growing!
Questions to ask...
What does having a Growth Mindset look like?
We want our Cougars to know they can do it!
Random Acts of Kindness
Random Acts of Kindness is something that we each do year round. The video above is a great visual of how our random acts go a long way and make a difference for others. It is about 4 few minutes long, but a great reminder of how our kind ways do leave a lasting impression. It is great to teach our little Cougars what kindness looks like!
