You're not the only one...

Princess Diana married her prince (literally) at age 20. All of the stress of always being in publics eye caused Diana to fall into depression as well as become bulimic. She even claimed in an interview that she would binge and vomit daily, depending on the amount of stress and pressure she was dealing with. This was her way of coping with the stress, she called it her “escape mechanism”.
