Hats-Off Teacher Award Recipient
"Mrs. Ericha Jaeger is an absolutely amazing person and teacher! She has a true passion for teaching and truly cares about each student. She strives to keep each kid engaged in the classroom and is always open for discussion, answering questions and going the next step in learning. She not only demonstrates her support for her students in the classroom, but also outside of the classroom. She attended a football game this fall season, to show support to several of her students in 6th grade. The way the kids’ faces lit up when they saw her was PRICELESS. It shows the GREAT impact she is having on them in the classroom and in life.
We really appreciate your support for our son. It has been said, “it only takes one positive adult connection to reach a child’s heart.” It is obvious that you have touched many of these kids hearts. You have made a tough year seem less burdensome with your kindness, compassion, by listening. It has been said many times that you are always available to talk to, help and give an encouraging word. Your positive attitude and understanding of each kid you come face to face with is very admirable. You are an amazing role model.
You are a “light” for our son. It makes our hearts happy to know through all of the hard stuff, he can confide in a trusted adult at school. Your positivity, compassion for these kids and honesty goes beyond what we would’ve expected. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You are a true blessing!!
Best regards!"
Mrs. Jaeger is awesome! Congratulations!
