Thesis statement

Perseus is brave and determined because he had the guts to behead medusa and give her head to the Greek goddess Athena


Summary

Medusa was beheaded by the hero Perseus, who thereafter used her head as a weapon until he gave it to the goddess Athena to place on her shield. In classical antiquity the image of the head of Medusa appeared in the evil-averting device known as the Gorgoneion Perseus had to do anything it would’ve take to get her head off her shoulders.

For example, perseus was scared to behead the gorgon, so he had to look at her reflection in the shield to make sure it was safe enough before he beheaded her.

Explanation

This shows that Perseus is very brave. No one else would have did what he did. He basically saved a lot of people from getting turned into stone.so if it wasn’t for Perseus bravery then he’ll probably be dead. He took a big risk by beheading medusa

conclusion

Although he wasn’t the only brave goddess or geek god , but in a lot of people eyes he was the bravest.
