  • Keep your knees in line with your feet

Moonflower

  • Bend your knees
  • Put your arms up to the side

Sunflower

  • Bend your knees
  • Sweep your arms to the floor

Forward fold

Cat cow

  • Align your wrists under shoulders and knees under hips
  • Round back and the drop your back

Spinal balance

  • Extend one arm forward
  • Extend the opposite leg

3-legged dog

  • Go into downward dog and extend one leg upward

Forward fold

Lateral flexion

  • Put one arm up and lean to the opposite side
