Revisiting Expectations
In July, I showed you clips from the movie McFarland. We have all kinds of students; low, high, and everything in between. As we move into the final nine weeks, we must continue to set high expectations for all students; even the student who runs a really slow mile.
Do not let students off the hook, do not let them breeze through AzMerit, and do not let them know we expect anything less than their best.
