Every Student...Every Day!
Message to Staff from Superintendent, Tim Vanoli
As the 2019-20 school year comes to an end, I wanted to say “THANK YOU!” to each and every one of you for your patience, hard work, dedication to our students, and assisting us in creating a new learning environment for students in such a short period of time. We will always remember March 13, 2020, as this was the day that we closed our schools on a temporary basis. At that time, we did not know that we would end up closing them for the rest of the school year. We now have hand washing, face coverings, and physical distancing in our vocabulary; and we are working hard to make sure that the health and safety of our students and staff are the top priority. We are currently working on a Reopening of Schools plans along with our STA and CSEA partners. The framework for this plan includes Health and Safety, Instruction, Student Services, Family Engagement and Operations. We are working diligently on completing this plan as soon as possible and will share this with you upon completion and approval. Lastly, there will be opportunities for online professional development this summer. The Education Services Team will provide you with details of these events in the near future.
Have a wonderful and relaxing summer. Thank you again for everything you do for our students with a focus on Every Student Every Day!
