Outdoor Recess

It is our hope to get the students outside as much as possible for recess. As long as the weather is 25 degrees (including the wind chill) and there is no rain, students will be going outdoors. Please be sure to send your children to school with the clothing they need to be outdoors (coats, hats, mittens).

SES at the Providence Bruins

On Friday, Feb 10 the Studley Elementary School Chorus has been invited to sing at the Amica Pavillion before the start of the Providence Bruins game. All are welcome to come. Information can be found on the flyer below.

Grade 2 Swim

Grade 2 swim program started last week and was a success! The students we so excited to go to the YMCA and learn to swim. A big thank you to the families, staff and students for making the process so seamless. Looking forward to a successful week #2.

Grade 4 Music Presentation

To all 4th grade families - Last wek, Studley students in grade 4 heard about the options available to them next year for music. Be on the lookout this week for a survey from their middle school principals with more information.

A Night to Discover

You are all invited to a A Night to Discover. This district wide event will showcase student learning at all levels across all schools. We are very excited for this awesome community event at the new high school.

Portrait of a Graduate

Last week at our PTO meeting, Attleboro's Portrait of a Graduate was shared as an initial conversation. Below is the summary of what was discussed:


It is the goal of Attleboro Public Schools to produce graduates who are lifelong learners who are responsible and involved citizens. In addition to a focus on academics, Attleboro students will demonstrate a variety of skills to be ready for college and career. Below is a description of the four pillars of APS Portrait of a Graduate. They are INNOVATE, COMMUNICATE, COLLABORATE, BALANCE.

MCAS Dates

Please keep in mind the upcoming MCAS dates for grades 3 and 4. We ask that you make ALL efforts to have your students in school on time on these dates. This means avoiding scheduling appointments, trips, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

  • April 3rd, 4th - Grade 4 ELA
  • April 5th, 6th - Grade 3 ELA


  • May 8th, 9th - Grade 4 Math
  • May 10th, 11th - Grade 3 Math
