AHS in the Know
Parents staying connected. Staying informed.
Week of November 16, 2020
This time of year provides a great reminder for us to reflect and focus on gratitude. This week, I am especially grateful for the students and staff at AHS. Their level of flexibility and perseverance continues to impress. We have all been challenged to teach and learn differently this year and our Bearcats continue to rise to the challenge. Things haven't been perfect, but seeing our students and staff come together to make the most of a difficult situation is what makes this a special place.
Here's to another great week!

Virtual College Fair
We know many of our students were not able to participate in our designated virtual college fair time, so we want to be able to offer an additional opportunity. This is a time to meet with college and university reps LIVE on the virtual site.
Join us for the last day of the fall Virtual College Fair Series:
Friday, November 20, 2020 - 10:00am - 1:00pm (FLEX is from 10:30 to 11:05)
Students already registered? Fantastic! All they need to do is log onto the site during the fair time.
Students need to register? No problem! Visit HERE and click on Step 1 - Register Here For College Fair and create a profile.
After registering, students will have access to explore the platform and the college booths during the allotted time. A list of participating colleges and universities can be found on the college fair platform. View the video HERE for information on how to navigate the virtual college fair.
