Message from the President
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!! Please make plans to come out to CPK on Monday so that your child's classroom can win the party + extra PE day (and we can reach our goal!!)
Sincerely,
Kassie Stewart
PTO President
Have You logged your hours??
To date, all families have been notified via email about how many hours have been tracked to your account. It is imperative that hours are logged solely in your AtoZConnect account or there will be no record of the time/donations given. As has been reminded, FACTS invoices will be created after May 1st, and anyone with a balance will be charged $15/hour for the difference. Please make sure that you have recorded any completed or planned volunteer hours prior to that date to avoid unnecessary bills.
For any questions concerning accessing or using of AtoZ Connect, please contact STM.PTO.Secretary@gmail.com. The website can be found at https://atozconnect.com/cls/login.php."
PTO Board Elections
FINAL California Pizza Kitchen Fundraiser!!
On Monday, April 30th, CPK will host STM once again and donate 20% of the day's STM proceeds to the PTO. We've run out of possible Dress Down Days for the year, so to create a fun incentive for the kids, the PTO is offering a party (pizza, ice cream, donuts, cupcakes - winner's choice) and Mrs. Bauer is offering a SECOND P.E. Day to the classroom with the most participation. Printed participant cards will be given to each family who orders take-out or dines in at CPK on the 30th. The teacher who has the most cards counted will be the WINNER and her classroom will choose which party they'd like AND they get to choose which games to play at PE.
Why $900?? We've yet to beat that number - the closest we came was earlier this year with $898. Goals!!
Come Out and Support the STM CYO!
The CYO end of year banquet is coming up fast, Saturday, May 5rd. The banquet will begin after the 5:30 Mass in Burke Hall and end by 9pm. All of the STM teams and sports will be recognized and coaches will give a brief review of their seasons. If you have not already done so, please RSVP by email stmcyo@live.com and include the number of attendees from your family.
There is no charge for the event. However, we ask that you make small a donation to the CYO at the event to help with the costs. If you are in need of service hours, we would welcome the help for set up and clean up after the event. Please email stmcyo@live.com if you can help. Set-up will start at 3:30pm.
We will have a slide show that hopefully all of our teams will be represented, if you have any pictures from your teams please email them to stmcyo@live.com by Sunday 4/29.
Thanks and Go Royals!
