Housing

This university has a weird housing situation.

They offer rooms to students but freshmen are not guaranteed a room.

They have an apartment complex named "La Salle" for 21 years and older.

They also have another apartment complex named "Bay Run" for under 21 years.

You actually have to apply for housing.

The apartments include furnished living room, dining area, bedrooms, and kitchen appliances, on-site laundry and recreational facilities, free shuttle rides between the apartment complexes and the university, access to a variety of food options at Florida Hospital's cafeteria and the university cafe, and finally, they have night security provided by Campus Safety.

The apartments are also alcohol-free, drug-free, and weapon-free.

If you do not get housing, then they provide off-campus housing assistance.

Student Life

"Adventist" means a member of any various Christian sects emphasizing belief in Christ.

Knowing this, they have a ton of church-related activities.

For example, circle-up is a meeting for brief prayer time, Ecclesia is a student-led Friday night with worship and food, etc.

They also have annual events like a Costa Rica Missions Trip, Russia/Ukraine Missions Trip, and local church-related events.

Popular Majors

Obviously, health professions are the only thing they offer.

They have a wide variety of programs to get all your training and certifications.

For example, they have Associates Diagnostic Medical Sonography, all Nursing programs, Occupational Therapy, and Radiography, etc.
