School mass choir
Since we will not have school Mass next week, there will not be choir practice afterschool on Tuesday, April 12th. Choir practice will resume on Tuesday, April 19th.
We invite students in grades 3-8 to sing in our Choir at School Mass on Fridays. Interested students are required to attend practice on Tuesdays from 3-3:30pm in our church. If your child is interested, please communicate with your child's homeroom teacher to allow him/her to be released to practice. Parents should plan to pick their child up at 3:30pm when practice is over, or the child will go to aftercare.class picture day

Families currently receiving any of the scholarships through the School Choice Office and intend to receive that scholarship for next year, it's time to renew! Please log in to your account and take the necessary steps to renew. Thanks to those parents who have already submitted an Award Letter for next year to the school office.
scholarship opportunities for 2022-2023
The first step for all families interested in securing financial aid will be to apply through the School Choice Office. The SJCS Scholarship Committee will not review your FACTs Grant and Aid application until you have applied through the School Choice Office and provide us with documentation that you do not qualify.
The School Choice Office provides scholarships for families based on financial need. A family of four could have an income up to $111,000 to be eligible.
Again, they are not accepting applications for new families quite yet. They are currently renewing families who are currently receiving the scholarship. Interestd new families can go to the website and request an email notification once applications are available. Visit stepupforstudents.org for more information.
