Principal's Post
Week of December 13 - December 17, 2021
Dear Angell Community,
We are happy to report that we raised $318.87 on Pajama Day for the Berkley High School Family Adoption Program. We appreciate everyone's generosity. This will definitely help make a happy holiday season for a local family. This reinforces the concept when we all do a little to help it makes a huge impact.
This will be a busy week at Angell:
- Our 5th grade students and parents will meet YMCA camp staff on Monday, December 13th as our 5th graders prepare for camp the week of February 7th - 11th, 2022.
- Our 5th grade choir and Ms. McVeigh's class will present a caroling show for all grades throughout the day on Tuesday, December 14th.
- Our Kindergarten students will celebrate the conclusion of their Super Reader's unit with a school wide SuperHero Parade on Wednesday, December 15th at 2:30 pm. We will set up Facebook Live for all parents to watch.
- Our 2nd and 4th grade students will perform their holiday concert on Thursday, December 16th at 6:00 pm at the Berkley High School Auditorium. All are welcome to attend the concert but you must wear a mask as it is an indoor event.
- The Berkley High School Choir will visit Angell on Friday, December 17th to perform its annual Ugly Sweater Tour for our 1st and 3rd graders at 11:45 am.
Finally, I wish all of our Angell families and community members a peaceful holiday season season filled with joy. I am looking forward to 2022!
