Are you ready to party with us at the SOAR Regional Trainings in January? We were just thinking that we want to spend a lot more time loving on you and training you to be the best you can be! That’s why we have decided to extend our regional events to be an all-day affair! We’ve added five extra hours to this exciting event! That’s a full day of learning, dancing, friendship and fun!

{Returns and Exchanges} make sure you download the new form with the new address

If you wish to process a return or exchange, there are few ways to do it:

  • Call Designer Care; our Care team will be happy to process your return/exchange.
  • Call Designer Care to request a return mailing label.
  • Contact Designer Care via the Contact Us form to request a return label (be sure to be logged out of your replicated website/Back Office when you visit
  • Fill out a Replacement Form (found in the Business Material/Business Forms folder of your Document Library) and mail the form and item back to the new Warehouse address (O2 Returns Department, 500 N. 54th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226). The Nest will issue you a credit of up to $5 to cover shipping costs.

We've discovered that it’s best to be logged out of your replicated website when using the Contact Form found in the footer of In some cases, messages submitted to Designer Care from replicated websites did not successfully reach the Nest. We apologize if you've submitted a message that has gone unanswered. If your issue remains unresolved, please resubmit your message and our Designer Care team will be happy to assist you.
