To give your brain a break, take advantage of the break time during the exam. Stand up, stretch, relax and talk to friends to relieve some stress that you may have.
Eating well before the test will help you feel relaxed and ready to succeed. Failing to eat the morning of the test can make you feel fatigued and hungry during the test which will not lead to the high scores you are aiming for!
3. Don't study the day before of the day of the test
Studying the day before or morning of the test can cause one to be stressed and nervous. Be confident that because you're teachers have more than prepared you enough to do excellent on this test!

To feel refreshed and ready for the exam in the morning, go to sleep early the night before so that you are able to finish the test and not feel sleepy while taking it. Going to sleep early will maximize your ability to do well on your AP test.

You have completed multiple practices and numerous timed writings that have helped you prepare to excel on this test. Believe in your ability to ace this test!
