During this difficult time of uncertainty and upheaval, it's nice to be able to enjoy the proven benefits of exercise even while cooped up at home. While your students are receiving academic instruction, we want them to be able to also work their bodies. We're building lists of at-home workouts and activities to not just get the wiggles out, but to stay physically active even when schools, gyms, and other local destinations are closed. We've sorted them for you below by Elementary and Secondary (Middle School and High School) levels. IMPORTANT: These are ungraded, unassigned, unofficial activities provided for your convenience and interest only. PE teachers are working hard to develop at-home curriculum to be sent home with students' other assignments!
