STAY INFORMED – WISCONSIN PARENTAL CHOICE PROGRAM & TRINITY
At the December 3rd Voter’s Meeting, it was decided we should apply to the Wisconsin and Milwaukee Parental Choice Programs. The vote was 44-3 in favor of that action.
Thank you for your attendance at the Open Forums, for reading our bulletin announcements, TLS newsletter announcements, and our emails, for taking our surveys, and for all of your verbal feedback. Though the vote is done, our communication lines are still open. We encourage you to approach Principal Justin Gut with any questions, concerns, and comments as we move forward. We want to address any concerns that you may still have regarding the program and how we will make use of it.
Our next steps are both big and small. Our big step is to submit our application to the program by January 10th. Once accepted, we will begin taking small steps into the program via opening a limited number of seats in 4K – 2nd Grade. We eagerly look forward to this opportunity to carry out our mission and share God’s love with all. Please continue to keep all faculty and staff in your prayers as they start the application process, and please ask for the Lord’s blessings on our efforts!

TEACHER CHRISTMAS GIFTS
The Christmas season is quickly approaching and we once again are asking you to please help us thank our hardworking and dedicated Trinity school teachers, childcare staff, and pastors for all they do. We plan to provide them gift cards to their favorite stores/restaurants. We are asking you, our school families, to contribute whatever you can monetarily (cash, checks) in appreciation for the invaluable Christian education being provided to our children. If you are unable to provide a monetary contribution, please consider writing a brief note of thanks – any notes provided will be forwarded when we distribute the gift cards. Please drop off your contributions/notes to Kim or Jennie in the school office no later than Friday, December 15 (envelopes are available in the office to fill out for your convenience). Please include your child/children's name and the specific educator(s) you would like the gifts to go to. If you have any questions, please reach out to either John or Liesl Ross (262-574-0402) who are coordinating this effort on behalf of the Parent Council. GRADES 1-8 CHRISTMAS SERVICE INFORMATION
Saturday, December 16, is the Grades 1-8 Christmas Service
at 3:30 & 5:30 pm.
Because of possible parking and seating congestion, we are encouraging parents whose child's last name ends in A-L attend the 3:30 pm service, while the parents whose child's last name ends in M-Z attend the 5:30 pm service. The children are expected to attend both services. More details follow:
- You may arrive as early as 2:15 pm for the first service and 4:50 pm for the second service. For the first service, children are to sit with their parents until 3:10, at which time they should report to their classrooms.
- Children will receive a snack in their classrooms between the services.
- Pre-service music will start at 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm. Once the pre-service music begins, we ask that out of courtesy to the musicians, you listen quietly and silence your cell phones.
- Pictures taken may be taken by the Christmas tree at the following times: 2:15-2:45, 4:30-4:50, or after each service.
- Students are to be picked up in their classrooms immediately after the 2nd service.

The Board of Elders have placed large food barrels to collect on Trinity’s Campus as part of our Good Samaritan effort to benefit our Waukesha Food Pantry. From now until 12/31, please bring your non-perishable non-expired food items (such as cereal, canned foods, mac & cheese, etc.) to help feed our 1,200 hungry neighbors who come to the Pantry every week. Contact Elder Linus Bell for more info: 262-501-0546. Our Savior has told us: “Love one another” (John 13:34). Thanks for your kind support!
