SMCS Superintendent Search Update
The search for the next SMCS superintendent is underway. The SMCS Board of Trustees Executive Committee is working closely with current SMCS superintendent Dr. Tim Schigur to ensure a smooth transition. The Board has full confidence in SMCS senior leadership, staff, teachers and other stakeholders to continue the smooth operation and positive momentum of SMCS until a new superintendent is named, with Trustee Lori Vegso serving as administrative head of SMCS during the interim.
Numerous superintendent applications have been received and reviewed, and the interview process has begun for a select number of qualified candidates. More information regarding the Board's efforts to name a new superintendent will likely be available during the coming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support of SMCS as we serve your children, your families, our parishes, and our greater community!
