When they did some work around our playground, they took down signage displayed sharing the south lot is a STAFF ONLY PARKING LOT - NO PICK-UP OR DROP-OFF. We continue to have issues with people dropping off students in the morning in the staff lot. I've stood out there a couple of days (but I can't do it everyday). We have a large carryable sign, but it's not good with wind and it's heavy for our student patrols.

Please refrain from dropping your students off in the lot. I have staff members that come a little later due to their part-time status. I don't want our students walking through that lot as all as a safety precaution and if they do it in the morning, they start to do it at other times as well. Our cars that pull in and out of the staff lot interrupt the traffic flow of the Elm Street, in particular our Kiss n Go area that is specifically designed for a close drop-off. It takes all of us working together to keep our kids safe and traffic flow easy. Please share that message with anyone that may drop your students off in the morning.
