Recipe Introduction
This was the italian recipe that I chose to make. I made it because when I found the recipe online it sounded absolutely delicious. The pictures that will follow show the process of making the Bacon Garlic Bread from start to finish.

Ingredients and Equipments
You will need butter...
...and mayonnaise....
...and of course bacon...
....you'll also need garlic....
....and a loaf of french bread....
...and last but not least, some cheese for topping.
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, mayonnaise, bacon and garlic.
2. Spread over cut sides of bread; reassemble loaf.
3. Wrap in a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 36in x 18 in); seal tightly.
4. Grill, covered, over medium-heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Unwrap and separate bread halves.
5. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill 4-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Looking Back...
After completing this recipe there are a few changes I would have liked to have made. I recommend that you use less then the required amount of garlic because the garlic was very overpowering, and that you use more cheese because the cheese was drowned out by the other ingredients.
