You should always drink water everyday so you can be fit and healthy.
Eat more fruit and vegies.
It is healthy to eat fruit and vegies everyday.
Turn off the TV or computer and get active.
You should turn off the TV or computer so you won't be sedentary.
Eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives.
Everyday you should eat a little bit of sometimes food and eat alot of healthy food.
