Cardiovascular Endurance
Cardiovascular endurance gives your body ability to keep up with exercise like running, jogging, swimming, cycling, and anything that forces your cardiovascular system (lungs, heart, blood vessels) to work for extended periods of time. Together, the heart and lungs fuel your body with the oxygen needed by your muscles, ensuring that they have the oxygen needed for the work they are doing.
In the picture above, the women are riding exercising bikes. They stay in one place but you can move the panels and you are using cardiovascular endurance by that.
Flexibility
Flexibility is one of the most important, yet often overlooked, components of physical fitness. Without flexibility, the muscles and joints would grow stiff and movement would be limited. Flexibility training ensures that your body can move through its entire range of motion without pain or stiffness.
In the picture above the lady is stretching over a exercising ball. The exercising ball allows you to do any flexibility moves over it and deals with yoga a lot.
Body Composition
Our body consists of muscles, bones, water, and fat. A body composition measurement will determine the amount of lean mass and fat mass present in your body.
In the picture above the women are lifting weights. They also have there elbows sitting on a seat that's helps them focus more on there arms. By doing these exercises it benefits them by using body composition.
Muscular Strength
Muscular strength gives you the power that helps you to lift and carry heavy objects. Without muscular strength, your body would be weak and unable to keep up with the demands placed upon it. In the picture above, the lady is in a pushup position. With her elbows on the ground. She is just sitting there holding in that position. By doing that she is using muscular strength ,which is what is helping her stay up.
Muscular Endurance
With muscular endurance you have the ability of your muscles to perform contractions for extended periods of time. Rather than just lifting or carrying something for a few seconds, the muscles are used for minutes. In the picture above, the lady is playing tennis. She is using all of her muscular endurance to hit the ball with her racket.
Agility
Agility is a combination of speed, quickness, and athleticism.
It also allows you to access shortcuts, helps your run energy recharge faster,
allows you to steal multiple loot, and allows you also to do barbarian skills. In the picture above, the lady is using all of her speed to quickly go through each hole, from side to side. By this she is using her agility to get through each one.
Balance
Balance helps prevent falls, a common problem in older adults. Many lower-body strength exercises also will improve your balance. In the picture above, the man is trying to keep his balance while he is standing on a level, and is doing different positions to balance out himself.
Coordination
Coordination usually consists of upper and lower body movements being performed at the same time. Coordination is a skill-related component of physical fitness. Coordination can be improved by performing exercises that require the individual to use upper body muscle groups and lower body muscle groups at the same time. In the picture above, the women are all using coordination to make sure that they are all doing the same exercises, at the same time, the same pace, and together as a group.
Power
Power is a skill-related component of physical fitness. Power can be increased by three general ways: increase the force-producing capabilities of muscles; decrease the time it takes to move across a distance due to faster speed; and increase the distance a force acts on one’s body. In the picture above, the lady is using all of her power to go up then meet in the middle, then go down to the bottom. She is repeating these exercises over and over, and each time is gaining power more and more.
Reaction Time
Reaction time is a skill-related component of physical fitness. Reaction time can be tested in a variety of ways. In the picture above, the lady is preparing her reaction time, that she has before she decides to hit the ball. Her arm is out to prepare herself, but as soon as she feels the time is right to hit the ball, she will be prepared, and will serve a good serve.
Speed
Speed is a skill-related component of physical fitness. Individuals can increase speed by sprinting down hill or wearing a small parachute or weighted vest on your back while sprinting. In the picture above, the man is showing him running at a fast paced speed. Speed doesn't have a limit. It goes faster and faster, as you can tolerate more and more.
