On Friday, March 27, at 1:00 PM there will be an Informational Session for faculty planning to develop and teach an online course for the College of Charleston. The session will be held in the Tate Center (7 Liberty St, School of Business), Room 202.

All faculty with an interest in developing and teaching an online course for the first time at College are highly encouraged to attend this session. Information will be provided on the Summer and Fall 2015 Faculty Distance Education Readiness Courses, the Mentoring program, important dates and deadlines and the new course quality assurance process. Fellow faculty members with experience in the DE Readiness Course and facilitating online courses will also share tips and tricks on how to be successful. There will be ample time to field any questions you may have so come participate in the discussion to see if teaching online is right for you. Hope to see you there!
