A friendly reminder that our campus will be closed Monday, November 20th - Friday, November 24th for Thanksgiving break. It is our hope that you enjoy your holidays surrounded by the ones you love. We will see everyone back on Monday, November 27th.


We are currently hosting a Student Sweatshirt Fundraiser. Order forms were sent home yesterday with the students. If you are interested in purchasing a sweatshirt please fill out the form and return it along with the exact cash amount. Be sure to include the student's name, grade, homeroom teacher and sweatshirt size(s).

2nd Annual DFW Regional Rubik's Cube Competition

Life School will be hosting the 2nd Annual DFW Regional Rubik's Cube Competition.


What: FREE Collaborative STEM Event for Texas Students in grades K-12

When: Saturday, December 2, 2017

Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Where: Life School Oak Cliff


Teams of 8 students solve 25 cubes

3 age divisions: K-5, 6-8, 9-12

3x3 & 2x2 Solo Competitions for all Age Divisions

It’s that time of year to start ordering your 2017-2018 yearbook! You do not want to miss out on this year’s edition! This year’s yearbook will cost $28 and it will be worth it! Students who purchase a yearbook will participate in an end of the year signing party! To order

Thanksgiving Activities for the Family

There are so many things to be thankful for this time of year, but nothing is more important than your family. Here are some ways you can spend time with your family this Thanksgiving:


  • Watch the Thanksgiving parade
  • Turkey Trot or Run in your community
  • Mini Pumpkin Hunt (like an Easter egg hunt)
  • Volunteer at a Soup Kitchen
  • Board game night
  • Thanksgiving crafts and coloring pages
  • Help the host set the table
