18 - Homeroom teachers will email families of students who have submitted utility bills and have no enrollment deficiencies.

19 - "Meet the Teacher" virtually or in person. If you have not schedule and appointment, please call the front office to Schedule an appointment.

Parent Orientation will be virtual this year.

You will receive a link to join in a Google Meets event during which teachers will be giving you important information about this year's curriculum, practices, and learning. Please save the date(s) and time(s).

Families may pick up pre-ordered school supplies on Thursday, August 13 from 6-8 p.m., and it’ is a drive-by event. or the supplies will be delivered to homeroom teachers' classrooms by "Meet the Teacher" times on August 19. School supplies may be brought to school on August 19 during "Meet the Teacher" appointments and/or on the first two days of school.

If you have not done so, please email your July/August utility bill to vicki.hensley@edmondschools.net

This must be done to receive your child’s Teacher Placement Email on August 18th.

3️⃣ 🧑🏽‍🦱👧🏻 Enrollment Documents

New Enrollees provide copies of lease/mortgage deed, birth certificate, and immunization record.

4️⃣ 💉🗂 Immunization Record

If Nurse Peggy Cain contacted you, provide updated immunization recorded showing all required immunizations.




The above items must be complete to receive a teacher assignment email.

Have your kids came home from school with a missing lunch box, or a lost sweater, maybe someone else’s water bottle?? Have you had to dig through the outrageous amounts of items in lost and found to find your child’s jacket?

Well, your Heritage PTO has teamed up with Mabel’s Labels fundraising to create a solution!


Mabel’s Labels offers name labels that are dishwasher safe, machine washable, and 100% water proof for all of your child’s belongings. There are many different packages and labeling options available and shipping is free!!


Here’s how it works:

• Start Shopping

• Items will be sent directly to you with the address you provide

• Estimated shipping time for labels is 3-9 business days, and again, it’s free shipping!

• Mabel’s Labels gives our school back 20% of sales!

Students will not be sharing supplies this year so this a great way for everyone to keep track of their belongings in the classroom as well!!


Our fundraiser with Mabel’s Labels begins today and will be open throughout the school year.

✔️ And a WATER BOTTLE. Water fountains will be turned off but Water bottle filling stations will be turned off.

Edmond Public Schools Launches Mobile App to Keep Community Informed and Involved!

Edmond Public Schools has launched an official mobile app designed to enable parents, staff, and students to stay informed and up-to-date on important issues, information, and activities underway within the school community. The free app is available for download in the Apple and Android app stores by searching for Edmond Public Schools.


The app features push notifications so that users may be notified about important events, announcements, and news in real-time such as bus delays. Users have the ability to choose which of the district’s schools they would like to follow, making their app experience personal and school-specific.


Key features include:

· Push messaging from both the district and school sites

· News

· Google Calendars

· Online grade book and attendance

· Lunch Menus

· Athletic Information

· Language Translations

The mobile app replaces the district's previous app, SchoolWay, which abruptly ceased operations last summer. The app was developed in cooperation with Intrado, provider of School Messenger solutions.
