Winger After School Program
Greetings Winger Families!
The Winger After School Program (Winger ASP) has been growing and we wanted to share the good news. Winger ASP is open to all students at RWHS and happens every Tuesday through Thursday from 4-5 through the end of May. Students have two options to choose from daily, there is no need to sign up ahead of time, and snacks are provided. Winger Study is located in the IMC and is a dedicated study time with teacher support. RWHS has partnered up with RiseUp Red Wing to add in an Enrichment Program. Each day is a different activity and a fun way to end the day! As part of this enrichment opportunity, there is a form to be signed by the parent/guardian and the student will also have the opportunity to work with RiseUp Red Wing (mentoring program) during the school day.

Peer Mentors Needed!
RiseUp Red Wing is implementing peer to peer mentoring to our programming!
We are looking for high school students that would be interested in coming to the middle school and help with tutoring and mentoring. We are paying $15.00 an hour and it is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6pm. We do have a waiting list for middle school students, so once we have more high school students signed up, we can add these students waiting. The current high school students have created a RiseUp Youth Council. They will be creating programming for the middle school students in the summer, leadership training and skills, etc.
If you are interested stop by RiseUp in room I202!
