Week of March 26th
Message from the Principal
Welcome to Holy Week!
We began today with Palm Sunday and the story of Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. It is a week filled with emotions and the most incredible story ever recorded. Jesus spends this week as He spent much of His life...teaching and showing love for those around Him. As teachers and people who spend our lives in service to others, it is a recognizable story. As we finish the week, however, He goes beyond all of this and gives His life in the ultimate gift of love and sacrifice so that we may have eternal life in Heaven. It is times like this that we can feel blessed to teach in a Catholic school where we are not only committed to service, but we also have the opportunity to take the journey of this week with Jesus and with our children. I hope that all of you have a wonderful week and that Easter vacation provides you with a period of rebirth.
Have a wonderful week ahead!
Blessings,
Katie Dempsey

The Passing of an Amazing Soul
I do not know when the services will be, but I know it will be at Holy Rosary Church and we may be hosting the reception in the auditorium (as was done for his brother-in-law about a year ago). This will be a big event, so I will let you know when we have more information. Please join me in prayers for Anne and the entire family. If you would like to do a class project such as prayer cards or something else, please let me know and I will make sure they get to the family.
