Student Schedules and Locker Information
*Please remember schedules are subject to change without notification up to the first day of school.
If you have not logged into the Parent Portal before or don't remember your username or password, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
your name, your child(ren)'s name, your address and email address.
If you have questions about your student's schedule, you can contact the main office at 315-986-3521, xt 8-2423.
Students will also receive a paper copy of their schedule and locker information the first day of school.
There are orientation and locker set-up dates the week before school starts. Students and their parents are invited to tour the building, find their classrooms and set-up their lockers.
6th grade students and parents/guardian are invited to attend a 6th Grade Orientation on August 24th from 10 am to 11 am. Students and parents/guardians will have an informational meeting in the auditorium, and have a chance to tour the building and meet staff members.
There will also be locker set-up days for all 6th - 8th grade students. They are:
- August 25th from 9 am - 12 pm
- August 26th from 9 am - 11:30 am.
In addition, there is a District Wide Open House on August 30th from 6 pm - 8 pm. Students and parents will be able to visit the school and meet teachers and staff. Grab and go food will be available. If you plan to attend, please RSVP by Friday, August 18. This will ensure we have enough food.
All other forms will be sent through ParentSquare as a fillable form. These include:
- Parent/Student Handbook Sign-Off
- Chromebook Agreement
- Publishing Rights Release and Electronic Access Form
The only items parents need to provide are a backpack and water bottle.
Physical and Vaccine Requirements
Incoming 6th graders need to have a Tdap vaccine or a scheduled appointment before 9/23/23 to remain in school.
Students entering 7th grade need to have their meningococcal vaccine or a scheduled appointment with their physician by 9/23/23 to prevent exclusion from school. 7th graders also need a NYS mandated physical.
Medications (over the counter or prescription) cannot be given out without a note from the doctor. Please use the OTC Medication Form or Permission to Administer Medication Form found on our website.
Any 7th or 8th grader registering for sports needs to have a physical dated within 1 year from the start of practices to participate. Outdated, unsigned or missing forms will prevent your student from trying out.

Per our BOE policies, any therapy dog must be current on all vaccinations, be healthy and be accredited by Therapy Dogs International, having passed strict testing.

School Day Times
Dismissal time is 2:19 pm - half day dismissal time is 10:49 am.
If you have questions about bus routes, bus numbers or pick up and drop off times, please contact the transportation department at 315-986-4278.
We have partnered with Inter-State Studio/SLR Photo for school pictures again this year. They will be at our school on Wednesday, September 20th to photograph our students and staff.
You may go online to view package options and pre-order your packages by going to the link below and using the code provided. You can pre-order until noon on September 13, or send cash or check with your student on picture day. Paper fliers will be available in the main office when school starts.

Modified Sports Registration
Practice begins on August 24th for modified football. The first practice is September 5th for modified boys and girls soccer and girls volleyball.
Any 7th or 8th grader registering for sports needs to have a physical dated within 1 year from the start of practices to participate. Outdated, unsigned or missing forms will prevent your student from being approved to play.
