All School Letter

Did anyone else find the Signup website to be cumbersome? After spending more hours than I want to disclose getting it up and running, we are throwing in the towel and trying something different. Thank you to the parents who have checked in with me about it and offered alternatives. Ultimately, we want you to be able to easily volunteer and track your hours and what we started was not going to get the job done.
How will I find ways to volunteer?
Teachers will post opportunities on their classroom doors, at the front of the school on the green frame, post in ASLs, and might have one signup for requests for purchasing items.
How will I track my hours?
Click the red button below to go to a Google Form. You will enter your email, family name, time spent, a category, and a short description of what was done.
Thank you to everyone for volunteering and tracking your hours! Please reach out to me (Christina) with questions or suggestions.
Please log hours already logged in the signup. Thank you!
COVID-19 Symptoms, Testing, etc.
Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate in-person school. We have had a few positive cases in our school since we started in August. Thank you for keeping your children home who are experiencing symptoms (yes, even a runny nose). We know testing is backed up and is taking a couple of days, we remain hopeful that more tests become available for students soon.
Keeping your child home from school due to symptoms?
Contact Kat in the office to excuse an absence due to illness. When you contact Kat, please be prepared to let us know about any symptoms, exposure, a positive test or if your child is a close contact. This will help us keep up with tracking test results and symptoms within the school. If your child is out of school due to symptoms, we will need a copy of the PCR test results for them to return (if you choose to test).
You may also request a free rapid COVID-19 test for your symptomatic student on this website:

*Antigen tests are available for students who are not symptomatic
