Henery Cisneros was born on June 11, 1947 and is still alive. He is an American politician and businessman. He served as the mayor of San Antonio, Texas frome 1981 to 1889, the second Latino mayor of mayor American city and the city's fist since 1842. He also have 3 kids name Teresa, Mercedes, and John Paul Cisneros.
