NEXT Steps' Mission
Our Mission Statement
Since 1993, NEXT Steps Founder, Dana Jewel Harris, has been perfecting her signature Community Involvement Growth Strategy (CIGS) Organizational Communications & Management Model. The CIGS Model is a combination of her two most significant work and learning experiences: as a Logistics Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserves and as an A&R Administrative Assistant at LaFace Records. This work hard-play hard fusion led to a solid focus in developing her project management, business management and strategic planning skills.
