Welcome!

We hope everyone had a wonderful break this past week. Unplugging from electronic devices is really important.

We have this week and next week of instruction with final exams the week after. Students have 3-4 class meetings left with teachers before final exams. Many teachers are being extremely flexible and we encourage student to attend office hours to get help. There is still a chance for many students to stay on track for graduation, athletics, college applications, and MORE!

Parent Orientation for incoming 9th grade students

Counselors will begin visiting 8th grade classes at Corvallis, Los Alisos, and Waite Middle Schools this week to share information about high school graduation requirements, courses and programs and classes offered at Norwalk High School.

All 8th grade students will need to check their NLMUSD student email to access an email titled: "9th grade Course Selection Sheet" sent from Bindi Crawford this morning. Each link is specific to the individualized student and that is how they will pick classes for next year.

Welcome to the Class of 2025!

We encourage parents and student to meet with and join our Zoom meetings to hear directly from our staff and program leaders as well. This is a great way for Parents to hear information about our school as well.

All teachers are available between 2:00pm - 3:00pm

This is the most underutilized feature of Distance Learning. Our teachers have "office hours" for students to pop in and receive help everday except Wednesdays.

Typically, there may not be more than five students in the office at any one time. There is a good chance your student could receive 1:1 help during this time. So, beyond our regular tutoring, students can also access help by going to a teacher's office hours. Check it out.
