Elizabeth I was a very important person. First of all, she was the queen of England and Ireland. Second, of all she instructed John Davis to be the first person to land on the continent. John Davis was a step under Queen Elizabeth I. Here is some facts about here. Her coronation was on January 15, 1559. (That was a long time ago!) She was 69 when she died. Elizabeth I was a only child and was born at Greenwich Palace. Her parents were royal so when she was little she wore gowns and she lived in a palace and was very wealthy. She was named after both of her Grandma's. Here parents were Henry VIII of England, that was here Father, and her Mother was Anne Boleyn.
