The Lonely Pig
by Andrew Benedict
Once upon a time, in the city of perth there lived a lonely pig in a disappearing house with three servant Samurai wolves, whatever they did was with style. The name of the lonely pig was Declan, he was very manner full and keen to his servants and so were his servants to him.
One day Declan asked one of his servants, “ can you please give me some coffee?” Declan asked in a low tone of voice “I feel a little thirsty.” “ As you wish.” the servant replied and he went to the kitchen to make some coffee.
The other two Samurai wolves were waiting for the first Samurai wolf. “ Where have you been?” asked the second Samurai wolf, “I’ve been in the living room, my master asked for coffee so I came here, Anyways what are you doing here?” “ I was secretly reading the paper and I found this reward, It read betray your master and win 10,000 dollars.”the third servant said “Great deal huh?” “It is a great deal but we can’t betray our master because he will be very lonely,” answered the first wolf. “Oh, don’t worry about him,”said the third pig “ just look at the price, I mean just imagine what we could do with 10,000 dollars!”
One day, Declan found out that the wolves betrayed him and he became very lonely. the next day he went shopping and he met a lion. Declan found out he too was lonely so he went over to him, “Excuse me Mr.Lion, are you lonely?” Declan asked the lion “ Would you please be my friend
because I am very lonely and strange” the lion asked very nicely. “I too am lonely so I will be your friend, by the way what’s your name?” Declan asked the lion “ My name is John” answered John. “ John, as a friend would you please help me?” Declan said, “ I have or er, had three Samurai servants and they betrayed me!” explained Declan sadly. “ Oh, why not I’d be very happy to help,” answered John curiously so they set off to find them. The two friends found the servants at a very tall skyscraper. The wolves got out their swords and lost their balance { for the first time } and were clinging to the edge of the skyscraper. They said sorry and Declan and John pulled them up and they all lived happily ever after together.
