Blended Learning in the Library
Smore
Yep! This is something I use the heck out of! It's so easy!!!
- Live Link
- Quick Edits ( no more emailing PDFs with typos or wrong information)
- Easy on your inbox for those with storage limits
- Easy read on your smart phone
- You can track usage
I primarily use these for quick easy tutorials for teachers or students. www.smore.com
Animato
For quick high quality video with pictures. I used this in a presentation to highlight learner profiles. This can be an account you can set up for students to use and present vocabulary in fun way. Term + picture + definition. I use the free Education Plan.
Emaze
This is a unique slide show program that you can easily add video and graphics. I like that it creates it as a link to share so students or teachers don't need to download a PowerPoint to view. I upgraded for more options using the Education Pricing.
Flipgram
Screencast-O-Matic
I use this for screen tutorials when I am showing students how to use a program. For example, I used it to show students how to look up books on the Online Catalog. There is a free version, but I ended upgrading to remove watermark and advertising.
