Economic Conditions
There is a participation fee of 100 euros.
Explanation about the fee:
1. We know this particular type of training involves a great level of energy in the team, much more than in other topics. The team is 24 hours training, but also, giving consultancy in private meetings to participants, doing private therapy because participants may needed it across the process, and all in all, it is almost a 24 hours work, 6-7 days non stop.
2. We are tired of working almost for free when we give our best, having a fee allow the team to have a salary corresponding the energy they invest. A salary of 600 Euros for such work it is not acceptable, after few years working in this area. After all, participants have a free training course with Erasmus Plus if they get the ticket soon (access to better deals in flights, etc) so at the end of the day, the fee is the only element that also materialize their commitment.
3. We believe all learning and piece of growth must be valorised by the participant. Psychologically, our mind takes over all value to experiences given to us just for free, yes, our mind works like that. If something touches our ego, we can always say, it was a cheap and non professional training. Sadly to say this is how many people work from an ego point of view in certain situations.
4. Las but not least, the core value of this experience imply a very high degree of expertise as well as responsibility and sensitivity and those values/skills have to be valued above general training standards specially keeping in mind that the trainers in this course have a double rol, they are facilitating learning but also working as therapists.
