Underground Appointments Starting Soon
You will be getting a phone call from Westfield Gas & Electric to schedule the first of 3 steps in getting your underground broadband connection installed.
- Someone from customer service will call you to set up a time for a consultant to come to your house to check to see where the conduit is going to go, or to see if any current installation you have has sufficient space. These appointments will be scheduled for 60 minutes and may begin as early as June 8th.
- The consultant will talk with you to determine the best path for your connection. The next step, after you sign off on the process is for WG&E to call dig safe and place the order for the service.
- After the conduit is installed, you will be put on the list for the interior installation.
