MS and HS CC Hangouts- February
San Bernardino County
What is Community Connections?
Each month we will have at least 2 activities for families to participate in*.
These have all been designed and created with suggestions from YOU, the Community Coordinators, and with geographic areas in mind. Currently, we have Middle and High School Community Connections Events in the High Desert, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario/Chino, and Redlands!
For TK-5th events:
*Please keep in mind that CC Events are not drop-off nor are the CC staff responsible for supervising students at these events. Parents are responsible for providing supervision of their children for every Community Connection activity, event, and field trip. Families may work together to carpool, but an adult must be present at all activities.

Reminders
- Parents - These are not drop off events. Parents will join in the fun for all events and field trips.
- Nut Aware - Please be aware we may have students with allergies - please bring nut-free snacks and food with you.
- Sick Children - We know no one wants to miss our gatherings, but keeping ill students at home protects everyone, including those with fragile immune systems. Thank you for not spreading germs.
- Cancelling Field Trips:In order to keep positive relationships with vendors, and also for us to plan events with the correct number of supplies, please be careful to sign up for trips and events that you will likely be able to attend. We understand that illnesses can make plans to change at the last minute. We definitely understand that. You are able to cancel, when you know in advance, on your own in the FTE up until the closing date. You can really help us out by paying careful attention to that date in the FTE and canceling prior to that date if you need to. We use this date to give vendors final numbers, and also to purchase and provide enough materials. If we find out after that date, supplies have been purchased and vendors have been notified, and it does not allow us to replace your spot. We are getting quite a few cancelations a couple of days before events. We understand that this is all new, and we are figuring it out with you. No worries. If we could minimize this with open communication that would be great. Also, please make sure you register for each and every event and trip. Thank you for understanding. See you on an adventure soo

Crestline (San Bernardino Mountain Area) Grades TK-12
My name is Sarah Stevenson and I am the Community Coordinator in the beautiful mountain areas of Crestline/Lake Arrowhead/Running Springs. The San Bernardino mountains are just a short drive from Rancho Cucamonga and neighboring cities. There are so many fun field trips that I have planned that all grade levels might be interested in. Please consider making the short drive to breathe some fresh mountain air and explore the area with us.
