We recognize that parents would like to be a part of our placement process. If you would like to give input regarding your child’s placement, please use this form rather than write a separate letter. You may submit completed forms via email, in person, or USPS by April 28, 2023. For students entering grades K-2, send to Debbie.Mros@hflcsd.org at Lima Primary. HF-L PTA Officer Nominations

The HF-L PTA Nomination Committee is currently looking for nominations for our four elected Officer positions for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. This is a fulfilling opportunity to lead an organization whose aim is to promote collaboration between families, community, and schools in order to provide the best possible opportunities for our children. Elected Officer positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Please use this link to nominate yourself or someone you believe would be an asset in any Officer role. All nominations must be received on or before April 3.

All potential nominees will be contacted to ensure they are willing to serve and what their duties entail should they be elected. The Nominating Committee will review all submitted nominations and determine one nominee for each Officer position. All positions will be voted on during our District PTA Meeting held May 2023. Elected Officers assume their official duties on July 1 and serve for a term of one year. Curious about the duties of an HF-L PTA Officer? As the days heat up, so too, will the creative minds of our crafters! Gather your friends and join in the fun as work to make some simple, but unique crafts. This session includes five classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4/11-4/20/23.

Register for the Next Sessions Manor Unplugged Builders Club and Nintendo Arcade Community with Mr. Tran!

For Grades 2-5: Combines the Grand Turismo Builders Club with Unplugged Club. A community of STEM students will build structures to race hot wheels & RC cars, play classic board games like Chess, Monopoly & Risk, all while being "unplugged" from electronics. Five sessions after school on Tuesdays (5/16-6/13/23).

For Grades 2-5: There is something uniquely special about playing Nintendo with dozens of kids at school. The social-emotional piece of a community of players who love Nintendo builds character, patience, and friendships. This age appropriate and active multi-player interactive game play is the school version of an old school arcade with lots of stations. Students will Just Dance, race in Mario Kart, play eSports, quizzes on Jeopardy, Super Smash Bros and even Pokemon! Five sessions after school on Thursdays (5/18-6/15/23)

Horsemanship Program Registration

  • Horsemanship Program - A horsemanship program for youth ages 7 and up. Participants will experience the World of Horses by learning how to groom, tack, walk, ride and communicate with horses. Participants will also learn horse care and feeding. Barn location is 6565 E River Rd, Rush. HF-L Summer Recreation Camp 2023

2023 Summer Rec program, in partnership with Honeoye Falls, Mendon, Lima & HFL Community Programs, is a day camp for children in grades 1-8. Camp runs Wednesday, June 28, through Friday, August 4, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. A variety of daily activities include sports, arts & crafts, swimming, science & nature and optional field trips. Paper Tutoring Service

The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District is happy to continue its partnership with Paper, a digital tutoring service. This service is available to all HF-L students in grades 4-12 and will provide free, unlimited access to virtual tutoring sessions. These sessions are 1:1 and are available 24 hours a day. Students can access this using their ClassLink portal.


Using Paper, students get homework help, writing feedback, and study support on demand. Teachers gain insights into learning gaps. Administrators have visibility into where support is needed.
