Over the years my health had began to deteriorate and it was affecting me on various levels. I have herniated disk's in my back from a military injury I sustained in 2008. Torn Meniscus in both knees from improper running conditions and extreme wear and tear on my body. Stomach ulcers from worrying about things I have no control over.
