Helping Everyone Respect Others
Be a Super HERO (Helping Everyone Respect Others)
Meadow Wood students will get to display their super hero skills as they climb the Rockwall on Tuesday 10/25 and Wednesday 10/26 (see schedule below) and learn how to help and respect others.
MONDAY 10/24
- Kickoff to Red Ribbon Week
- Students and Staff – wear RED
TUESDAY 10/25
- Super Hero Day
- Students – wear Super Hero T-shirts and tennis shoes, socks and pants appropriate for climbing.
- Staff – dress up as your favorite Super Hero (or wear a super hero-tshirt.)

- Super School Spirit Day - wear your MWE spirit shirts!
- Kinder Storybook parade - 8:15 a.m.
Please bring your students out of the classrooms and into the pods/hallways to watch our kinder students during their story book character parade. Thank you so much for your support! The parade will start at 8:15 a.m.
CARNIVAL - OCTOBER 28th
There will be booths, games, rides and prize drawings along with plenty of food
and drinks.
Each teacher is asked to attend/volunteer a minimum of one hour.
Also, please feel free to invite friends and family.

- Lesson plans are due in Eduphoria by 8:00 a.m. on Mondays.
The Rather Prize
The Rather Prize is an opportunity for a teacher or student to win a $10,000 grant along with $10,000 to implement a bold, innovative idea (large, small, or tiny) that improves education in Texas!
This prize could be an exciting way for someone on a campus to turn a dream into reality, with some additional resources.
