Happy New Year From AGS
Mrs. Wissinger, Interim Assistant Principal
As we wish Mr. Seath the best of luck with his future career endeavour, we would like announce Mrs. Wissinger (AGS Technology Teacher) as the Interim Assistant Principal. She will fill the role for the remainder of the school year. Mrs. Bentz will be taking over as the new Technology Teacher. Mrs. Wissinger is very excited for this opportunity. She has a degree in Administration and is looking forward to working closely with our staff, students, and parents. Although Mr. Seath will be missed at AGS, we are fortunate to have an enthusiastic and capable leader step into the position.

Next Week's Theme: Prudence
WHAT DOES PRUDENCE MEAN?
You plan for the future and achieve your
goals by making careful everyday choices.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER?
Prudence is a future-oriented way of
thinking that helps a person set goals,
make plans, and have the discipline to
accomplish them. Prudence supports
effective self-management and provides
the wisdom to know which character
strength to use, at which time, to achieve
your desired end state.
“You must have long-range goals to keep you from
being frustrated by short-range failures.”
– Charles C. Noble
Community Partners
AGS would like to thank following local businesses for their support of our staff and students. Carlson's Greenhouse and Gill-Roy's Hardware donated Holiday decorations to our school. Bill Carr Sign's recently installed 3M Safety Film and a customized perforation film on the front entrance of AGS. We appreciate all of our Community Partners.
Thank you DRIP Car Wash of Fenton
Thank you to our partners at DRIP Car Wash of Fenton (3709 Owen Road) for providing gift cards to the staff at AGS. Your generosity and support of our staff is appreciated!
Ski Club
Mt Holly reopened this week, and Mrs. Loria will be out there Friday, 1/5/24 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM. As announced in the Remind message, there is no pre-sale this week. However Mrs. Loria will be in the ticket lobby 2:30-3:30pm and then at a table in the normal area: upstairs, past the ski shop- between fireplace and main cafeteria 3:35-8:00pm. Look for a Fenton sign! She will have forms and cards for new members to sign up as well at Mt. Holly. (Nothing at school 1/5).
Please remember that the prices went up to $30 this year. Please have exact change/check made out to Mt. Holly or Venmo.
Excited to finally enjoy the slopes!
