Tribe Leaders Getting Ready!
Besides regular sessions which will be facilitated by Facis, we will have our intimate tribal spaces which will be hosted by the tribal leaders. Tribe Leaders have undergone preparation during LEAD Summit last December to understand how to provide these meaningful spaces to delegates to enhance their conference experience and maximize their learning journey. Now they are undergoing the "I LEAD my Tribe Challenge" where they are coming up with the perfect tribe space structure and content!
Post-Registration Form
You might be wondering "why haven't I had access to the MyLDS agenda yet?". The agenda for the conference will include different sessions that are divided not in tracks according to your position but rather in workshops divided in topics. This means that you will not be automatically allocated - you will actually be able to choose the sessions you think you need or want to attend. The agenda will be revealed on the 13th with a form with the explained objective of each workshop space and where you can register for the sessions you want to attend!

The Stories Behind the Numbers
A Chinese Experience
- USM EP in MoC -
Exchange is about challenging experiences, just ask Pei Wen! "I never ride on a public bus and walk alone . I felt unsave. I raised my courage to do so.". He even had some cultural learnings on his 2nd week of Exchange in the Chinese mainland - "I learned how to brew tea and the local dialect". What about support from AIESEC? "Always there for me if I face any problems, but can give me ideas when I face difficulties in the future".
Learnings in Taiwan
-SU EP in Taiwan -
Le Ee has just completed her Exchange experience in Taiwan. What did she learn? "I learnt that students are friendly once you approach them with open heart. Teachers in this school will not scold students for not doing their homework. However, they will patiently listen to the students' explanation before accusing them. Discussing problems in a nice way will allow both the teacher and the student to have a happy ending."
A Selfie from Poland
-CU EP in Poland-
On her second week of Exchange, Siew Hong shares with us a picture! "This was a selfie taken after the class. Students approached us and were enthusiast to know more about our country. They don't speak fluent English , but I felt great and satisfied when they tried to converse with us using English. A sudden surge of joy was felt within myself as they said to us that they would learn more English so as to talk with people from other parts of the world."
Congratulations to the LCP 16/17 Network!
