Cook "Upside Down" with SIT Jordan

Immerse yourself in Jordanian culture by cooking the traditional, family dish Maqlobeh (literally, “upside down”) with the help of SIT Jordan Academic Director Raed Al-Tabini, PhD and a local SIT homestay mother. Learn more about the ingredients and cooking utensils needed to cook the dish together virtually.

The Healthy Body, Mind, and Spirit – Practice Yoga with SIT India

This session explores the history and holistic health and well-being benefits of yoga practice, a 5,000-year-old tradition of healing, mindfulness, and inner balance. SIT India: Public Health, Gender, and Community Action and SIT India: Traditional Medicine and Healthcare Practices faculty members Dr. Azim Khan and Dr. Ashutosh Guleri will share their expertise on yoga as a health and well-being practice and then guide participants through a 30-minute yoga session. Come with your mind, body, and spirit ready to move!
