The U.S Virgin Islands (U.S.V.I.) is made up of 68 islands in the Greater Antilles. Even thought the U.S.V.I. is 738 sq. mi. big only 134 sq. mi. is land. Three main and largest islands are St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John. the rest of the islands are small and in inhabited.

Agricultural

Since of the V.I nice climate people can grow many fruit and vegetable in the V.I., but in can hard to find land because it difficult terrain. Some fruit and vegetable grows int he V.I are passion fruits, mango, papayas, sugarcane, bananas and coconuts. Also many people in the V.I do ranching and fishing to get food to eat and sell.

Customs

Many people drink bush tea ,which is a drink made of basil leaves, mint, lemon grass, or a combination of ingredients, in the morning. The V.I atmosphere is casual when it comes to food. It is generally acceptable to eat certain foods with the fingers, although utensils are used for most dishes.

Celebration

One big Celebration in the V.I. is Carnival the y eat many V.I food and celebrity with dancing and parades.
