We hope that you had a relaxing Labor Day weekend! A big shout out to UT and the other Texas teams that won over the weekend.


Also a reminder: HS SS Department Chair meeting is NEXT Wednesday Sept. 14 from 9-12 at Baker! Please sign up today on HCP, section # 80873. We pay for your 1/2 day substitute!


Also: US History District-Wide PLC meets NEXT Wednesday from 1-4 at Baker! Let me know if you're coming and I'll be sure you get signed up. We will pay for your 1/2 day substitute!

LWV Austin Kick-Off Meeting

First meeting of the League Year - Organized this year in collaboration with the UT American Constitution Society's student chapter, hosted by several LBJ School of Public Affairs student organizations.


Door opens at 1:30 pm, Speakers begin at 2 pm. Last session will be Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR) training by Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Bruce Elfant for all interested members, students, attendees.
