Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is one of the broadest engineering. Mechanical engineers design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal devices, including tools, engines, and machines.

Qualification to be a mechanical engineering are-

-you must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, training and or experience
-you must be able to possess superior engineering skills and be capable to interact with all other engineers.

-you must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and design and be familiar with company standards, and acceptable industry practices.

-you must have excellent communication skills and be capable of interacting with other engineers, project managers, and client.

-you also have 2-4 years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial design with experience as a design engineer or group leader.

-Frequently lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

-Climb stairs
-Sit for long periods of time
-Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch

-Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects

The responsibilities of a mechanical engineer are to-

-analyze problems to see how mechanical and thermal devices might help solve the problem.

-Develop and test prototype of devices they design.

-Analyze the test results and change as needed.

-lastly oversee the manufacturing process for the device.
