You're invited to "Save a Life"
CPR Training on February 16, 2019
Many of you may know that one of our neighbors suffered cardiac arrest while cycling with a neighbor and a friend. Our neighbor’s heart stopped, he was not breathing and was totally unresponsive. Fortunately, his two riding companions knew CPR and were able to keep oxygen moving through his body until the emergency medical team arrived. Our neighbor is home today and recovering from his ordeal. He is alive because CPR was performed on him immediately.
Without a doubt, knowing CPR saves lives. The HOA is offering a CPR course conducted by the Covington Fire Department on Saturday, February 16 at 10:00 a.m. at our clubhouse. The course follows the American Heart Association guidelines. The course is free, however If you would like an AHA certification card, there is a $35 charge.
