"Tiger Enrollment" Overview
Beginning July 8, 2019, current families within WDMCS will complete an online enrollment process for all returning students through Infinite Campus. The term “Tiger Enrollment” includes updating and/or verifying the following information:
- Contact Information (primary contacts and emergency contacts, including addresses, phone numbers, email, etc.)
- Student Information (health records, immunizations, etc.)
- Handbook Review (confirm receipt of handbook and agreement to processes outlined).
- Release of Information (allows WDMCS to take photos/videos)
Families without access to the internet or those in need of an interpreter will be able to enroll at one of several locations this summer.
Confirming Infinite Campus Access
All families need to confirm they have an Infinite Campus account and can successfully login in to the portal prior to registration.
Families DO NOT NEED TO CONTACT A SCHOOL to create an account or reset a password. See video below for instructions.
Information Families Need to Enroll Online
Families need to collect some information before enrolling students. Any documents can be scanned/uploaded online.
- Proof of residency (if moved in 18-19).
- Immunization Records.
- Health History.
- Do Not Release Information.
- Handbook Acknowledgement.
Onsite Enrollment Support
Families without access to the internet or those in need of an interpreter will be able to enroll at one of several locations this summer.

How to Access Infinite Campus Video
"Tiger Access" Overview
Tiger Access refers to "next steps" families can take online after enrolling (paying fees, transportation, free and reduced lunch, school supplies, athletics forms, etc.)

"Tiger Launch" Overview
Tiger Launch refers to dates in August when secondary students visit schools to get IDs, schedules, parking passes, Chromebooks, etc. The specific details for each school are spelled out online.
This is separate from open houses or elementary welcome back/ice cream social events.
Junior High Info
- Pick up schedule and locker combination
- Tour school
- Take photo for IDs
- Connect with parent groups.
Indian Hills | Aug. 14-15

Valley Southwoods Info
Students will receive their Chromebooks and student IDs the first day of school. However, students are welcome to visit the building during the day Aug. 15–22.
Open House
Aug. 19 | 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Valley Info
Students and families will visit Valley High School to pick up Chromebooks, get student pictures and school IDs, pick up a parking pass, connect with parent organizations, etc.
Thursday, Aug. 8 (juniors and seniors)
Friday, Aug. 9 (sophomores and new families)
Walnut Creek Family Orientation
6-7 p.m.
Families are invited to attend a parent/student orientation at the school.
Elementary Welcome Back Nights
All elementary schools will host a welcome back for families. Each school will send out detailed information on times.
