Come hang with our Music Boosters this Winter at one of our meetings in the coming months. We will be discussing our department activities, fundraisers, banquet, and upcoming trips!

Our High School Band will performing at most Boy's Varsity Basketball Games this season! Please check out the schedule below for our entire schedule.


Students are asked to wear Mogadore attire or student "themed" attire for other games, to be announced.

Congratulations, OBDC Honor Band Participants!

We had 6 students represent Mogadore at The University of Akron's Ohio Band Director's Conference Honor Bands this past December! Congratulations to Nathan, Jon, Tristyn, Matthew, Shawn, and Landon for their efforts!

Suessical the Musical JR

Congratulations and Bravo to all of the students who auditioned for the upcoming musical, Suessical JR. I was so very impressed with the talents displayed and appreciate the hard work you put forth for your auditions! I can't wait for you to use that energy in our rehearsals!

Congratulations, OMEA District 6 Junior High Honors Band and Choir Students

The Ohio Music Education Association's District 6 is hosting their annual Junior High Honors Band and Choir event on Saturday, February 18 at Streetsboro High School. The event hosts top performing students from across Northeast Ohio. Students rehearse together throughout the day culminating in a performance for families in the evening.

O.H. Somers Fifth Grade and Sixth Grade Winter Concert

Our fifth and sixth graders are off to a great start this semester! We will have our first in person concert on Sunday, January 29 at 2:00 PM in the Mogadore High School Commons. Students are asked wear dress clothes and to report to MHS at 1:15 PM.
